IYMS Rishikesh offers Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training courses for all levels of students. For starters we offer 100 hours yoga teacher training, for beginner to intermediate practitioners we offer 200 hours yoga teacher training courses in both ashtanga yoga and hatha yoga styles. Upon completion of 200 hours yoga teacher training, the students can take the advanced 300 hours teacher training course. The courses are specially designed programs with a perfect amalgamation of Yoga Alliance guidelines and traditional vedic practices.

  • 200 Hours ashtanga yoga teacher training course is Yoga Alliance certified teacher training course. You can open a yoga studio or apply for job as a yoga teacher after this certification. It is a 28 days residential teacher training course.
